Garden Educator/Playworker
Lead and support garden-based environmental education and outdoor free play with children ages 3-12 in a public children’s garden setting.

Gardener/Horticulture Intern
Support the overall maintenance of a three-acre public children’s garden including a cultivated vegetable garden, natural areas including a wetland, wildflower meadow, and bird garden, hundreds of perennial plantings and several art installations, and a progressive play area called the Hands On Nature Anarchy Zone. Assist with first phase installation of the Edible Forest Garden.

Youth Horticulture Apprentice Program Mentor
Supervise, mentor, and work alongside teen apprentices in food gardening, landscape maintenance, and farmer’s market operation.

Non-Profit Administration Intern
Work closely with ICG’s Executive Director and Administrative Assistant on a variety of behind the scenes tasks including communications, marketing, data management, social media, grant writing, reporting and virtually all aspects of public garden leadership.
